Riverside Place is being shaped with the wider community in mind and we want your input to help get it right.
Our public consultation closed on Thursday 22 May 2025. This gave members of the public the opportunity to explore the plans, ask questions, and share their thoughts, before our planning application is submitted to Salford City Council.
We have now
submitted our application for Riverside Place, which has now been validated by
Salford City Council. This can now be viewed on their website, where you can
also comment on the application here: Planning

We held an event to allow local people to view the proposals in detail, speak to the project team, and have your say in person.
